Service Description
Bay 1 is equipped with an overhead launch monitor for right and left handed players, with ball and club data as well as video replay. The space offers additional seating for larger groups, a dart board, multi-media space and more.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations with at least 2 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no penalty if we are notified 2 hours or more before your scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00 No-shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, you may be charged the full amount of your reservation. Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Full fees still apply. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. How to cancel: Please call or text us to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations via email or social media are not guaranteed to be received in time.
