A legal disclaimer

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that by entering this facility and participating in activities at AlJoh's involves swinging golf clubs, hitting golf balls, and being in proximity to others doing the same. These activities carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to:

Strains, sprains, or impact injuries
Being struck by a golf ball or club
Slips, trips, or falls on the premises

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to use the golf simulator facility, I agree to release, waive, and discharge AlJoh's, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Rules and Safety

I agree to:

Follow all posted safety rules and instructions provided by staff.
Ensure only one person swings a club at a time within a simulator bay.
Keep food and drinks away from simulator equipment unless permitted by staff.
Immediately report any unsafe condition or equipment malfunction to staff.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

4. Acknowledgment

I have read this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement and fully understand its terms. I sign it freely and voluntarily with the intent to be legally bound. If signing on behalf of a group, I certify that I assume all risks and responsibilities for their participation.
